Creating and Updating Passwords

There is a temporary password that will be used during the transition to log in to the EDGAR Filing and EDGAR Online Forms websites. You will want to update this to ensure the account remains secure. Take the following steps to update your password.

  1. Log in to the SEC Filer Management site.
  2. Under My Accounts, select the filer to go to the filer dashboard view.

  3. Select Manage CCC & Password.

  4. Enter a new password that meets requirements: 12 characters minimum, containing at least one number (0-9) and one special character (@,#,$,*).

  5. Re-enter the new password.

  6. Select Set new password.
