Deleting a User Group

Take the following actions to delete a user group.

  1. Log in to the SEC Filer Management site.
  2. Under My Accounts, select the filer to go to the filer dashboard view.

  3. Select Manage Delegations and User Groups.

  4. Select User groups located under the heading.

  5. Locate the user group to delete and click the ellipsis under the "Actions" column.
    Select Delete user group.

  6. Review user group details and click Delete user group to confirm.

  7. Select Yes, delete group to save the changes.
