To submit a filing, you must have an EDGAR account.
If you did not enroll an existing CIK in EDGAR Next before December 22, 2025, you must submit a Form ID application for EDGAR access and await SEC approval.

After regaining access, please ensure all users have the appropriate
permissions for filing.

Delegate filing authority
Once the Form ID has been submitted and is approved, you'll be able to regenerate a CIK Confirmation Code or create a custom CCC. See Generating a New CCC.
Take the following steps to manage your delegation requests.
Determine your delegation needs
Ensure you have delegated filing authority to the appropriate entities. See Understanding Delegation Options When Filing with DFIN for more information.
DFIN filing agent CIKs
When delegating to DFIN, please delegate to the following DFIN filing agent CIKs:
- 0001193125
- 0000950130
NOTE: By delegating to DFIN, you enable the use of our Filer API Token. This token is used to file with SEC EDGAR on your behalf, and you will need to provide your User API Token when self-filing using DFIN applications.
Update CCC in filing applications
If you use DFIN applications, such as ActiveDisclosure and ArcFiling, be sure to update your CCC in the application before submitting a filing.
Your new CCC will be available in the EDGAR Filer Management Dashboard, accessed using login.gov credentials. See the article Generating a New CCC.
Manage filing details
DFIN Filer Management is a DFIN portal that allows you to store and manage filing details to comply with EDGAR while seamlessly using DFIN's applications to file with the SEC. It utilizes APIs to call information from and push information to the EDGAR Filer Management site.

You can use DFIN Filer Management to:
- Securely store user tokens and filer tokens to file with using a DFIN application.
- Manage filing delegations for an EDGAR account.
- Manage users for an EDGAR account.
