Managing an EDGAR Primary Point of Contact (POC)

To change your primary point of contact, take the following steps. 

  1. Log in to the SEC Filer Management site.
  2. Under My Accounts, select the filer to go to the filer dashboard view.

  3. Select Manage Individuals.

  4. Select the ellipsis under the Actions column.
  5. Choose to Select as primary point of contact.

  6. Click Accept to confirm selection to save the changes.

Bulk manage POCs

Managing the primary point of contact can be performed as a bulk action.

To use the bulk function for multiple EDGAR accounts from My Accounts. Select the boxes for the relevant CIKs displayed under My Accounts and then select Add individual from the bulk action drop-down menu.
