Resetting EDGAR Point of Contact Email

You can update the EDGAR Point of Contact email for yourself or your client with CIK, password, and CCC by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the SEC Filing Management Website with your CIK and Password.
  2. On the left menu, select Retrieve/Edit Data.
  3. Enter the CIK and CCC for the relevant account.
  4. Follow the prompts to the "Retrieve/Edit Company and Submission Data" page.
  5. Under Retrieve Company Information, verify or update the EDGAR email.

If updating information for multiple CIKs you do not need to log out, simply go back to the "Retrieve/Edit Company and Submission Data" page, select Enter Another CIK/CCC and follow the instructions on the page.
