When using the Bulk Enrollment template Excel file, a validation occurs upon upload. The Bulk Enrollment Upload Excel file contains a tab titled "Guide" which contains the template's requirements and notes, including country codes.
Note: A maximum of 100 entities can be enrolled at a single time.
If the file contains errors during the upload process, they will display on the screen with details about what is causing the errors.
Here is a list of possible validation errors:

You have uploaded a file that does not match the standard template, please try again. -
The number of columns must match the template
You have uploaded a file that does not match the standard template, please try again. -
The number of sheets must match the template
You have uploaded a file that does not match the standard template, please try again. -
Data rows must be present
You have uploaded an empty template, please enter values and try again.
Download an SEC-approved template from the DFIN Enrollment Portal to upload entities for enrollment. Complete all required fields before attempting the bulk enrollment process. See this article for more details.

You have entered a CCC that is not in the correct format. The CCC must be 8 characters and include at least one number and one of the following characters [@, #,$ or *]. -
Phone number format: Row #: The field 'fieldName' is invalid.
Phone number must be between 8 and 20 numeric characters (spaces and dashes allowed). -
Any other reason for upload failure: We detected an unknown issue with your workbook. Please ensure the workbook has not been altered in any way.
Look for additional columns, values not in a labeled column, etc.
